A model built around your business.

Your payment cycles, team capacity, costs, and priorities shape the model. We work with your bookkeeper and operations team to understand the records, make assumptions explicit, and compare choices you can actually make.

  • Cash forecasting that includes collections, payroll, supplier payments, debt, and planned spending.
  • Customer, contract, and service profitability that makes shared costs visible.
  • Hiring and equipment scenarios that include training, utilization, and the time before new capacity earns its keep.
  • Pricing analysis that reflects the work you deliver and what it costs.

What if the new team takes longer to get busy?

For example, a cleaning company considering another crew can compare three choices: hire now, hire later, or cover demand with the current team temporarily. The model includes recruitment, supervisor time, equipment, realistic billable hours, and when customers will pay.

We test a slower ramp-up as well as the expected case. You see the cash required and the conditions that would change the decision. This is an illustrative planning question, not a client result or a forecast for your business.

The discussion matters as much as the spreadsheet.

We explain the assumptions, review the trade-offs with you, and compare actual results with the plan. AI can help prepare analysis and update supporting work. Financial judgment stays with the people accountable for the decision.

Start with a defined project or ongoing support.

Financial planning can be a defined project with an agreed deliverable and fixed fee, or part of ongoing fractional CFO support. Ongoing support starts at $5,000 per month; the monthly starting price is not a project minimum. Scope, responsibilities, payment terms, and any separate software costs are agreed before work begins.
